The “Original” Andrea font is created from actual handwriting that is distinctly different from all other font library choices. It is not available for sale except through this source. The font has been used for print and web applications. The Andrea font loads like any other font and includes upper and lower case characters, numbers and symbols. It is is used on postcards, handwritten sales letters (a perfect match with yellow lined paper), emails, blogs, brochures, signs, billboards, vehicle graphics and in combination with traditional font choices as call-outs and highlights.
Andrea Ratajczak, the creator of the Andrea Font, is a seasoned marketing strategist with a gift for solving marketing problems. On her first post-college job search, the font’s founder was required to provide a handwriting sample as part of a personality profile test. “When someone opens a piece of direct mail, or reads an online sales message, the plain text does not call out parts of copy very well. A handwritten piece will capture and focus the audiences attention on the message,” states Andrea.
